Japanese satsuma plate.  Raised design and gilding.  In used antique condition.  Please look at the pictures and ask any questions. Backstamp indicates  likely from the Meiji era, approx 1910 to 1920 indicating the item was made in Japan.    Please do your own research on this piece.  My opinion is not an expert one.   The pictures form part of my description.
