Shipping Method Selection at Checkout

Please read checkout instructions carefully and select the approriate shipping and payment methods at checkout. This will ensure a smooth and fast transaction.

The guideline for selection as follows:

POSTNET delivery and PERSONAL DELIVERY in EAST LONDON options – Select PayFast as payment method and continue with the billing process to complete the order.

ALL OTHER DELIVERY options – Select “Please email me a shipping quote” for both the shipping and payment method and then complete the checkout process. After order is placed:

      1. Specify whether you would like PEP PAXI, PARGO or Door-to-Door Courier delivery by emailing
      2. We will then email you an updated order total with shipping amount added.
      3. That email will also contain a convenient payment link. Clicking on it will take you to your order, where you can log in and go through the payment process.
      4. You can also contact us on or call 082 898 4360 for assistance.

We securely pack all items to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.


Please note that we send off orders (SAPO, Pargo and East London deliveries) once a week, If your order is placed after we have already done the week’s sending off of orders, your order will be sent off the following week.

We ship to anywhere in South Africa (No international shipping).

Delivery options available for destinations within South Africa are:

  • Pargo (Pick-up point of choice)
  • PEP PAXI (Pick-up point of choice)
  • Postnet (Pick-up point of choice)
  • Courier (door to door)
  • Free Delivery within East London, South Africa (by prior arrangement)

It can take between 3 to 7 working days to receive your order.

Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your order.

Delivery Fees:

Costs are dependent on the weight of items and the shipping destination. 

PARGO, SAPO & COURIER – During checkout, please  select the “Email me a shipping quote” option as your shipping and payment method. We will then send you an updated order with shipping fees added on. The email will contain a link that you can use to make payment.

You are also welcome to email us to inquire before placing an order – we will then get back to you with a shipping estimate.


Please note that photos form part of the description – it is therefore important to look at the photos carefully to note the condition of the item. We encourage you to ask questions, should you have any, in relation to the condition of the items before making a purchase.

If anything fragile breaks during transit due to poor packaging, we will refund the cost of item (this excludes the cost of postage).  Don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
