Royal Doulton Kay design.   Footed stand.  Hand painted flow blue and white.   Please note that there is some light staining on and under the bowl as well as crazing.   A fine hairline crack under the bowl.  This is a beautiful piece despite the age related flaws.  Please look at the pictures carefully and questions welcome.
