Delightful metal tea timer.   Dips teabag into boiling water then lifts it out after you set the timer.  The penguin has a felt hat.   You hang the tea bag onto the plastic “beak”. In lovely used vintage condition.  One or two little marks on the body, and hat is a little bent.
