Vintage Grindley sauce boat on its platter.   No chips or cracks noted.   There is an interesting very old small carefully made professional repair to the base of the jug.   This adds something special to this piece.  A brown stain on the base rim. Repairs were commonly made in order to preserve a special set.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
