Well made Delft Windmill with turning blades.   Its actually made originally as salt or peppr shaker as there is a hole in the top and plug in the bottom. No chips or cracks noted.  In good used condition.  Underneath a blue crown – handpainted delftsblau and 150.  Questions welcome.
