Stamped SA or AS – Italian silver heart?

A really lovely little silver heart with a pretty design.   Studded with diamante and stamped on the back with SA or AS – Italian made silver heart.  Doesnt appear to have been used.   A lovely gift, in good condition.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
