Lovely item in good vintage condition with its original glass inner.    Used either for salt of mustard or any other condiment.   Sits on 3 ball feet.   The teaspoon is also hallmarked silver.   W and H are the makers and I am presuming its Walker and Hall.  Questions welcome.
