Silver plate pressed swing handle basket with open work gallery.    1930’s?  Stands on 4 bun feet.    Please look at the pictures carefully and dont hesitate to ask any questions.   The plating is well worn in the inside of the basket with some plating damage on the inside base.   The swing handle is good and the item underneath is in good used vintage condition.
