Walker and Hall silverplate basket bowl with a handle 1910?

A nice Walker and Hall silverplate bowl or basket.   The silverplate has been polished off on the inside of the bowl and on areas of the feet.  From my inexperienced research, it seems the item could be 1910?  You would need to verify yourself.   A nice solid item.
