These stylish vintage / retro candle holders appear to be Stainless Steel.    No makers marks that can be seen.  Scandinavian style Decor always stays simple and current.  These are in used condition and have a little candle wax residue in the holders.   They are not visibly scratched or dented.   Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
