T E Blandon and Son copper ink water oil can 1030's / 1940's?

Skilled craftsmanship and design is evident in this unusual can.  The spout is very narrow just over the thickness of a wooden toothpick.  It has been designed to catch any overflow or drip from the spout as well as an overflow from the top.   So something that needed a precise non drip fill.  There are dents from years of use and some stains on the copper .  Please look at the pictures carefully.  Don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
