Stirling Silver Cigarette Box

This cigarette box has seen better days.  It could be used for the silver or lovingly restored.

Please look at the images below and don’t hesitate to ask any questions.   I have tried to represent it as best as I can.  The wood inside the lid has come unstuck and comes out.  The Hinge is intact but the lid is crooked.

I am not an expert on dating but could be Circa 1931?  You need to verify this yourself.  –  Dont hesitate to ask questions.
