Silver Filigree Cigarette Case Antique?

Beautifully ornate fine work.  I have seen almost identical cigaratte cases on google described as Antique, 30’s, Russian, Middle Eastern, Islamic etc.  this one certainly looks like all of them.    I have no idea if it is a good grade of silver or what the material is.    As would be expected there are no silver or makers marks.   So this is sold as it is with no claims as to age or material but I do think it could be silver and is a really beautiful piece.    Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
