Power compact enamel? and French Atomiser perfume spray

A nice example of a 60’s 70’s powder compact which I think is enamel together with a perfume atomiser made in France “Step” Paris  The atomiser also has a soft case to protect it.  The compact is Stratton made in England.  There is nothing inside the compact.  I think there should have been a mirror inside.  Please feel free to ask me any questions.   You are welcome to combine items.
