Porcelain Bowl - hand painted - Floral Roses - a beautiful item 23 cms dia

Such a beautiful piece of porcelain.   It is hand painted with a bowl full of roses.  There is no makers mark.  This is a vintage item.  It has a slightly raised design round the edge which is gilded but a little worn with time.   Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
