Opaline glass painted Vase - Victorian?

Opaline glass vase with transfer print and hand painted raised and gilded details.  A classical image of cupid with a maiden.   The glass is translucent.  This is a used vintage/antique item with age appropriate wear.  No chips or cracks noted.
