ANOTHER OLD CALABASH PIPE WITH SILVER PLATED? FERRULE

This is the second Calabash Pipe that I have had.  Unfortunately its in bad condition.   There are impressed marks on the Ferrule but it looks plated and not silver to me – I could be wrong.  There is a picture of the makers mark.  I put this up as there may be someone starting a collection or you can use it for fixing another pipe.   Please look at the pictures carefully.     The metal around the bowl looks in good condition and there are no chips or cracks to the calabash.  The ferrule is split.  The stem (mouthpiece?) has been repaired and the section that goes into your mouth is worn through.      I hope someone didn’t smoke themselves to death ! :)….
