Mosaic Plate Bowl/Dish On Metal Base

I have grown to like this well made mosaic plate/bowl for its simplicity.  I can’t tell if its been hand or commercially made, but it is a solid item.   The little tiles have been grouted onto a gold coloured metal base.   There are a few scratches on the bottom from wear.
