Money Box Barclays Bank D.C.O - Table Mountain

Barclays bank money box with table mountain on top.    Fuchs Ware on the metal plate underneath.   Rattles as if there is something inside.  No key.  It looks as if someone tried to open the bottom as its been slightly levered.  Please look at the pictures carefully and dont hesitate to ask questions.
