Light switches - ceramic Bakelite and metal

The Bakelite switch switches up and down.  It has 2 screws attaching it to the ceramic base.  There is paint on the fitting but it is otherwise in used vintage condition.   The Metal and ceramic switch opens up (see pictures) but the knob doesn’t move.  These items have been taken from a demolished building.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
