Letter Opener ivory coloured Bone Victorian? Oak Leaves Stags Head

A finely carved stags head with antlers.  There are two oak leaves round the neck completing this interesting old Victorian letter or paper opener.  Approx 19 cm.  The tip has lost a few mm’s over the years and a couple of the tines on the horns are chipped but taking the age into account its in pretty good nick.
