Lapel Pin Tie brooch - Penguin Jewelry 2cms tall

This delightful little gold tone brooch Lapel pin is in lovely clean condition, no missing “stones”  On the back of the pin is a Triangle with an A inside it and another mark in a circle but indistinct.  The pin clip on the back is slightly tarnished.   Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
