Kitchenalia Blanching tool - For Fruit or tomato, aluminium

This is really quite a useful tool if ever you have had to take fruit or tomatoes out of boiling water!   Well made of aluminium and I believe it to be vintage.   Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
