Japanese oriental plate - hand painted Kutani? porcelain 16cm dia,

A really pretty hand painted plate.  16 cms dia.  Gilding over flow blue on the rim.  Some loss of gilding on the edge.  Images are of a man and woman amongst floral motifs. In good used condition.  I think the mark on the back indicates its from the Kutani Area ie Kutani porcelain?   Gold writing over a red background.
