Heavy Crystal Glass Scandinavian? Candle Holder

One of the most beautiful heavy crystal glass candle holders that I have had the pleasure of finding.  It will hold a 7.5cm candle.    The light refracts like a diamond and picks up any colours around it.   This reminds me of good Scandinavian designed glass and could well be judging by the design and finish.  It is in perfect condition except for a few scratches under the base from use otherwise in perfect condition.
