Porcelain Doll - German Simon and Halbig - Vintage repro

This pretty blue eyed doll named Barbara has the Simon and Halbig mark on the back of her head.   See Pictures.    I am not familiar with dolls but believe she is very collectible.   The Body is soft material and her hands head and lower legs made of bisque.  The elastic on her sleeves and pantaloons needs replacing.  Please look at the pictures carefully and dont hesitate to ask any questions.
