Etched Glass Paperweight desk ornament - Mats Jonasson swedish?

Although there are no marks indicating its origin or maker, this glass piece looks very similar to Mats Jonasson’s work made in Sweden.  There are one or two fine scratches on the surface and a very small chip on the straight edge.   This piece doesn’t stand firmly and would be best propped up or laid flat.
