epns vintage silver plate basket dish with handle - abbes reg epns

Nice pierced decoration around the basket/bowl.   There a few tarnish spots and scratches on this used vintage item as well as a very small dent.  The handle is firm and works well.  Underneath is impressed Abbes Reg. EPNS.  A nicely made vintage piece.
