Dutch Scene Blue and White - wall plate, pin dish, hand painted windmill scene 12.5 cms dia

A little blue and white dutch scene in blue and white hand painted.   This can be used as a wall plate or pin dish.    No makers marks.   In good used vintage condition.   Stand does not go with the plate.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
