Die Cast toy - horse and tram - Lledo Dase Gone Colletion 1:43?

Metal Horse drawn tram made by Lledo.   It looks like a 1:43 scale.   Its in used vintage condition with some tarnish on the tram.   The Horse is made of plastic.   Nothing appears to be broken.   On one side of the tram the wording “Westminster” is faded in the middle.   Please look at the pictures carefully and dont hesitate to ask any questions.
