ITALIAN COMPOSITE OR WOODEN TRAY

I am not sure what this vintage tray is made of but there are Italian wooden trays that look very much like this.   This is a pretty tray with some surface wear and a few brownish marks.    They actually look like part of the vintage feel.    It is very  light at just 250 grams. It is showing a little darker than the item which is a paler cream than shown.   Please look at the pictures carefully and dont hesitate to contact me.
