Cutlery set on stand - vintage Viking 24 piece, red. 1970's? Picnic set

A boxed set of Stainless Steel cutlery on a stand.    The box states ABS handles, Dishwasher proof.    6 knives, forks, spoons and tea spoons.   The set doesnt appear to have been used.   There are a few rub marks probably from friction in the box.
