Cigarette Lighter butane - elegant ladies leg

A silver metal novelty cigarette lighter in the shape of a very shapely leg.  When the lighter is clicked open the spark works but the gas doesn’t seem to be coming through properly.   It has been filled and it gave a small flame but stopped.   This is a retro used item.   There could be leaking seals?  Fun to add to a collection.   Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
