CALABASH PIPE WITH SILVER FERRULE AND MEERSCHAUM? BOWL

Not being familiar with pipes, pipe users and collectors will need to assess this pipe from their own experience and the pictures below.   There is an impressed “St SI  LV  ER” mark on the ferrule.   The Bowl looks as if it could have had a repair to a chip.   Please look at the pictures carefully and don’t hesitate to ask any questions.  I can’t see any splits in the calabash and the rest of the pipe looks in good used condition.  I haven’t tried to take the pipe apart.
