Brass serving tray with handles - 19cms dia

A pretty round brass serving tray / trinket tray with ornate floral handles.   The straight sides have a pierced pattern, and etched pattern on the base.  This is a used item and sold as is.   One of the handles is very slightly loose. There is an oval mark on the top base please see pictures, it will probably polish out.
