Decorative Brass Ink Blotter

Very decorative ink blotter.  These were used to blot up ink on documents to speed up drying of the ink and prevent smudging.  Often used by Bank executives.  There is no blotting paper on the blotter but the brass work is in lovely used vintge condition.
