Silver plate sweet bowl dish - E P on C - Saxon plate pierced with ornate phoenix birds

A very pretty little trinket or bon bon dish made by Saxon Plate.  It is Electro Plate on Copper pierced work show ornate phoenix birds.  Some scratches from cleaning but overall condition is nice.  No copper showing through that I could see.  Can do with a polishing.  Dont hesitate to ask any questions.
