Old Infant or Invalid feeder – blue and white

This pretty little item is white porcelain with delicate floral designs.   In nice used vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks.  The gold round the heart shaped rim is pretty worn.  There is an impressed mark on the base in a square looks like W T.  Please ask questions and look at the pictures carefully as they are part of my description.
