Antiquarian book - De Olympus 1835 - Dutch

Written in Dutch with an original inscription dated 1842.  A subsequent inscription in Pen and ink – Johanna Roodt with a newspaper cutting about the death of her spouse S J M Osborne.  Its probable the book has been in the same family since its acquisition.  It appears to have been published in 1935.   The book covers are rubbed and the edges are scuffed.  The pages inside are quite clean.   There is however some staining inside.   The leather spine is intact except for a small piece missing from the top.   It is cracked and scuffed but overall in fair antique condition.
